How you get your download: As soon as your payment goes through, you will see a confirmation page and get an email with your download or access link. Delivery is instant.

Processing time: There is none. If your email has not shown up within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Write to us at welcome@themockingbirdcollective.com with the email you used at checkout and we will resend it.

Refunds: All sales are final on digital downloads. Because you get immediate access to your files, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If a file will not open or you were charged twice by mistake, write to us and we will fix it.
